Upcoming Synergy Update: What to Expect
We're excited to share that on Sunday, February 15th, we will be upgrading Synergy to its next major release (Version 2026)! This update is a big step toward a smoother experience for everyone, but it does require a little downtime.
The Details:
- When: Sunday, February 15th, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Impacted Applications: Synergy SIS, TeacherVUE, ParentVUE, and StudentVUE.
- What to watch for: While the systems might look like they are "up" during this window, you'll likely run into slow loading times or unexpected logouts. To avoid any frustration, we recommend staying offline until the update is complete at 5:00 PM.
